What is the best non online xbox 360 game?

I have Halo 3, COD 4 and I borrowed my friends of The Orange Box. I need a game where two people can play without going online. I also need to know what additional parties are better for the Xbox 360 and games listed to come in on Friday afternoon. PS I am a tough player First Person Shooter central, as well as my neighbors.

I put the modem and router in his room and the use of an adapter (both Linksys) on my desk. Every time you play your Xbox online desktop loses Internet. My wife has a lap top and do not have this problem. Why is this and what can I do to stop?
